This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals of safe and responsible 3-wheel riding, and prepares riders for entry into the complex environment of traffic.  A completion certificate will be given for those who successfully pass the test and complete the course.  The certificate is needed to apply for thr RI State 3-wheel vehicle permit.
