The CCRI Workforce Apprenticeship Readiness Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) Program is a 160-hour program for people interested in exploring a career in construction and union trades and does not require prior experience. This job skills training program combines classroom and hands-on instruction to ensure students are well prepared to select and apply to become an apprentice within one of our various trade partners. Graduates of the program will learn blueprint reading, develop a fundamental understanding of tools and materials used across trades, financial literacy and budgeting, earn CPR/BLS and OSHA 10 certifications and gain exposure to the range of careers and apprenticeships available.
